Main characteristic:
◆ NF-988 is a planetary wheel type multi-functional carbon fiber machine with carbon fiber and ceramic fiber sueding roller. The frosting machine is equipped with protective doors and windows, which are sealed as a whole so that the fluff dust does not leak out.
◆ The machine adopts the imported tension sensor. The running tension of the fabric has the function of preset and automatic feedback, which can truly achieve the effect of constant tension sueding.
◆ The power adopts AC frequency conversion synchronous drive, imported PLC controller, human-machine interface, touch screen control and button control. Inverter, contactor and button breaker are from Schneider of France or Mitsubishi of Japan.
◆ Motor drive: The whole machine is driven by synchronous belt. The reducer is from the famous foreign brand superlor, and the main motor is from Siemens.
